"The first time I used West County Garage Door Service, it was an emergency as my door had fallen off its track. Jay came almost immediately and had me up and running in no time. I remembered this when it came time to purchase new doors. Just this month, I contacted Jay to inquire about pricing and styles of new doors. He came over quickly and showed me options. When I decided what I wanted, he kept me updated as to when installation would be. He showed up on the scheduled day, on time, and ready to go. Two brand new doors were installed and functioning probably in about 2.5 hours. Also, one door never had an opener and Jay suggested I take my old opener and move it there since it's a door we don't use often, meaning I'd only need to purchase one opener instead of two.
