When I decided what I wanted, he kept me updated as to when installation would be. He showed up on the scheduled day, on time, and ready to go. Two brand new doors were installed and functioning probably in about 2.5 hours. Also, one door never had an opener and Jay suggested I take my old opener and move it there since it's a door we don't use often, meaning I'd only need to purchase one opener instead of two. He saved me a couple hundred dollars! Fantastic service, professional, and easy to work with- I will only use West County Garage Door Service!

I thought my door was an insulated one (requiring more expensive spring) and had the check written but he said it actually wasn’t and asked me to rewrite for a lower amount. Could have easily taken the higher amount and I’d have never known. Integrity and honesty will always win repeat business. You won’t go wrong with West County Garage Door for your needs. Jay is a fantastic guy to work with.
